COOKIES BY DESIGN is Hiring a Baker/Decorator Near Marietta, GA
- Follow store recipes to ensure consistancy
- Maintaining diligence in fast paced enviorment
- Bake and minimal decorating of different treats: cookies, cupcakes, truffles, brownies...
- Ability to troubleshoot, learn and take direction
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to answer phones and assist customers with orders as needed
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to use large commerical mixer
- Artistic ability preferred
- Ability to take orders from customers and check them out on POS
- Experience required
- Must be creative, have a strong work ethic, and coachable
- Continuous improvement attitude - ability to work on improving on your skills - must be able to improve
- Other miscellaneous tasks that relate to the position
Operational Window and Typical Schedule Requirements:
- Roughly 8:30 - 4:30p M-F
- Rotating 9a - 2p Saturday shift as needed
- Typically 3 to 5 days a week
- Shifts and hours would increase during the holidays
